InteleConnect is a web-based application that provides referring physicians and clinicians centralised and real-time access to patient orders, images and reports through the full cycle of patient engagement.
You can also download and install InteleViewer on your local desktop computer to access patient information.
To download InteleViewer, use the links below.
Once you have downloaded and installed the InteleViewer desktop application, please follow the instructions below to add Healthcare Imaging Services.
When installing the application, we recommend following the default setup option:
- Open InteleViewer and click “Edit Bookmarks”
- Then click “Add”
- Enter the QDI server URL: https://pacs.healthcareimaging.com.au
- Tick “custom server name” and enter: “HIS – Healthcare Imaging Services”
- Click “Ok” and you’re done!

MedWay is an interactive health management solution that provides secure, online and single-point access to diagnostic results, physician tools and health care services. MedWay prides itself in getting both pathology results and radiology results and images to the medical profession in a timely and efficient manner.
MedWay is a web-based application that provides you with access to your patient’s results as soon as they are available, in real-time and with our mobile app anywhere.
MQLink is our proprietary Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) software program provided to referring clinicians.
This program enables doctors to automatically download their Radiology results and integrate and embed those diagnostic results into their clinical software using an existing internet connection.
The downloading of results initiated by MQLink can be scheduled to automatically download radiology results at pre-set intervals, or alternatively, you can request an immediate download of radiology results at any time. The downloaded results are stored in a location where your clinical software (such as Medical Director) can access them and import them into it’s database where they become accessible to the practitioner.

Installing MQLink Package (Ver. 2.8G)
Click on the Download mg28g.exe file to commence the install.
When prompted, select save to store this package on your computer network. When download completes, click open to commence the installation. When prompted contact Imaging IT for required site specific codes. A full set of download install instructions in PDF format is also available to step you through this process.
To initiate the tool that will enable Imaging IT to provide you with remote desktop support for the MQLink product, click on the Initiate Remote Support file and when prompted, click open or run.
The Remote Support file of 2.9Mb will download and run on your computer. You will be shown an ID code and Password to relay to your Support Technician. Contact Imaging IT on 1300 766 109 for assistance.
